OHCC is connected to the international Healthy Cities / Communities movement.  Membership in OHCC brings you into this network of individuals, groups and municipalities working to improve the quality of life of their communities.

OHCC offers two membership types:

Network membership - Free

 For individuals and organizations that support Healthy Community Principles and the mission of OHCC.

Coalition Membership - $25/year

For organizations, coalitions, associations or networks wishing to work in partnership with OHCC to foster healthy communities in Ontario and strive to apply the Healthy Communities Principles and mission in their work by: 

• seeking representation from three or more sectors; e,g, health, economic, environmental, social, government. 
• identifying community priorities and working with others to make their communities better places to live, work and play
• Recognizing the role of municipal government in creating Healthy Community
• Encouraging the development of healthy public policy·

Coalition Membership Benefits

• Coalition Members only section – with online profile, advanced notice of events, discussion groups  - NEW!
• Invitations to participate in OHCC working groups on a variety of topics through online discussions- NEW!
