The concurrent sessions offered on Friday and Saturday morning have been divided into the following four thematic streams:

B. Building Capacity for Healthy Eating and Community Food Security
C. Sustaining Food Production: Farm, City and Countryside
D. Policy and Planning

If you are applying for a bursary, please select the appropriate payment category here and apply for a bursary below. Bursary applicants will be informed whether all or some of their request is able to be funded on or shortly after February 15 and payment arrangements will be made with them at that time. Once you have submitted this registration form you will receive a confirmation message that will invite you to make a payment through PayPal, a secure online payment service. If you prefer, you may pay by cheque or money order; please make it payable to OHCC and mail it to FoodNet Ontario, c/o Ontario Healthy Communities Coalition, 1810-2 Carlton St., Toronto ON M5B 1J3. Credit card information may also be sent by mail, fax (416-408-4843) or telephone (416-408-4841 ext. 2).
Step 3: Individual Needs
Please identify any special dietary requirements which we will need to communicate to the chef..
The conference will be held in English. Please indicate if interpretation services will be required for you to be able to participate in the conference.
If you have any other needs that we should be aware of, please explain them here.
Step 6: Program Registration
For planning purposes, we need to know how many people are interested in attending each session. Please select the concurrent sessions you plan to attend in each of the time periods shown below and also whether or not you will have lunch at the conference, The plenary sessions are also included in the list of program sessions for your information.
Thursday March 4
Conference Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. at the Delta Kitchener.The registration table will be staffed throughout the conference. There are two all-day programs offered on Thursday, the New Farmer Training Program and the Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) Mini-School. Below is a list of the sessions for each program. Please select only sessions from either the New Farmer Training Program OR the CSA Mini-School. Both of these programs break for lunch from 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm, and wrap up with Joel Salatin’s marketing presentation from 3:30 until 5:00pm. The day’s registration also includes the evening reception with keynote presentation by Joel Salatin from 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm. If you are planning to attend the reception, please register for it below. We are also planning to offer a tour of local programs, for those not attending one of the full day programs. If you are interested in a tour, please select that option as shown below. Lunch is included in your registration fee. Please indicate in the 12:00 - 1:30 time slot whether you intent to have lunch with us and also whether you plan to attend the FoodNet Ontario Annual General Meeting.
