Healthy Communities Spring Summer 2009 Issue - Focus on Building Healthy Communities

OHCC’s 2009 Spring/Summer issue of Healthy Communities is now available.This issue entitled ”Building Healthy Communities” highlights the impacts of the built environment on health by examining a variety of built environment and related initiatives in Ontario. The articles explore a variety of topics including the urban forest, active transportation and health assessment tool. In addition, this issue offers excellent resources and tidbits related to the built environment.
