Home » Who We Are

Established in 1992, OHCC is an incorporated, registered charity, funded through membership fees, donations and project grants. Administration and communication services are managed from our central office in Toronto. Regionally–based consultants provide consulting services and facilitate workshops, strategic planning sessions and other activities for or in partnership with community organizations, partnerships and networks. We have also undertaken many special projects, addressing such topics as diversity and inclusion, health and the built environment, and sustainable food systems.
